Taught by an experienced female instructor, we provide courses in real-life self-defence for women and girls in the Midlands and across the UK.
Our courses and workshops are:
- Designed specifically for girls and women - covering the attacks they are more likely to face and addressing the common 'freeze' response
- Wide-ranging, covering areas such as situational awareness, verbal de-escalation and assertiveness, breathing techniques, practical defence skills, pad work and more
- Trauma-informed and holistic approach - providing for trauma-based needs such as triggers and dissociation, aiding in the recovery from trauma and management of symptoms and responses
- Adaptable to the individual or group’s specific requirements
